Chat allowance
Free lists five messages each day. Premium describes “unlimited” messages with an 800-per-day technical ceiling. Most people will not reach that ceiling; the point is that the published wording is qualified.

EroLove sells an appealing adult AI companion story. The purchase terms are less romantic: a short free tier, a separate media currency, generally narrow refunds and credits that disappear when the account does. That combination deserves a cold look before any crypto leaves your wallet.

01 / Cost ledger
The EroLove price tag alone is not the whole budget, especially at crypto checkout. Messages use a daily allowance; photos and voice use sparks. Mixing them in one mental bucket is a good way to misunderstand what a plan buys.

Read plan versus packPremium includes 1,000 sparks each month. Those plan sparks do not carry over. Bought sparks last while the account exists. A photo costs 10; voice is priced by character count. Ask whether your actual use fits the included allocation.
Check included featuresThe terms say purchased sparks vanish when an account is deleted and digital payments are generally nonrefundable. If you have unspent credits, cancellation, account deletion and data deletion become different decisions.

At the listed rate, 40 photos cost 400 sparks. Ten 500-character voice readings cost 200 sparks if charged proportionally at four per 100 characters. That would leave 400 sparks from a 1,000-spark allocation. It is an arithmetic exercise; actual billing rules and lengths should be checked in the live product.
02 / Rights and friction
These are the clauses we would put in front of any buyer. The provider's October 23 terms describe general refund limits, a process for erroneous charges and separate cancellation and deletion effects. None of that proves misconduct. It does make careful recordkeeping sensible.
The pricing page currently offers crypto and marks card payment as coming soon. A crypto plan is listed as nonrenewing. Card renewal language in the terms matters only if that checkout becomes available and you use it. Confirm the actual channel shown to you, and find the processor portal if it applies.
Record the current offer: plan period, displayed price and currency, included sparks, whether the next charge renews, and any one-time pack you add. “Premium” is too vague for a future support conversation.
The published policy generally excludes refunds for immediately delivered digital services, while preserving legal requirements and review of charges the provider finds erroneous. A cancellation governs future access or billing; it does not by itself reverse an earlier payment.
Export what you need, review unspent purchased sparks, cancel if a renewable subscription exists, keep the confirmation, and only then decide whether to delete the account. Deleting first can remove credits and evidence you wanted to retain.
03 / Keep this record
Use this blank receipt before any EroLove purchase. It is local to this page: nothing is submitted, stored or sent. Print it, fill it by hand and keep the real checkout receipt separately. The purpose is to preserve what you saw, not to imply a problem has occurred.
04 / Fast answers
The current pricing page lists five messages per day and 25 signup sparks on Free. That is enough to inspect a narrow first impression, not a long-form evaluation of memory or media.
No. Premium lists 1,000 monthly sparks, and media spends sparks separately. A photo costs 10 sparks; voice is listed at four sparks per 100 characters. The included monthly allocation does not roll over.
The published pricing page says crypto plans do not renew by themselves. The terms separately describe automatic renewal for card subscriptions; card payments are currently labeled coming soon on the pricing page.
The terms and pricing page call a pack a one-off purchase. A one-off pack does not renew. Purchased sparks do not expire while the account exists, but account deletion removes them. The first-purchase pack is once per account.
The terms say digital payments are generally nonrefundable, with exceptions where law requires or the provider decides a charge was made in error. That is a narrow written policy, not a guarantee that any particular request will be granted.
The terms say cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and paid access continues until then. Save the confirmation and end date; do not confuse cancellation with account deletion.
